Greg D’Alba (1976) is executive vice president and chief operating officer of CNN for Turner Broadcasting Sales, Inc. Based in New York, D'Alba oversees all domestic cable and Web sales and marketing for the CNN portfolio of news networks and businesses including CNN/U.S., CNN Headline News, CNN Airport Network, and CNN.com. Under D'Alba’s leadership, CNN Ad Sales and Marketing continues to be in the forefront of the marketplace, developing fully integrated, multi-dimensional marketing solutions across the breadth of the CNN brand.

An industry veteran, D'Alba joined Turner in 1986 as an account executive and has held ascending positions throughout his CNN Sales career. He was promoted to vice president and sales manager of CNN Sales in 1989 and was named senior vice president in 1996. He assumed his current position in January 2004. After graduating from North High School, D'Alba earned a degree in communications at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

He currently serves as an advisory board member of UB’s School of Informatics, where he delivered the commencement address to the graduating class of 2005. In addition, he is chairman of the Time Warner Ad Council, a member of Turner Broadcasting’s Volunteer Council, and a board member of the “The Ghetto Film School" and Theatre of Arts Performance Company (TAPCO) in the Bronx. D'Alba resides in Manhattan and Long Island, NY.
