2024 Scholarship Program

        

Congratulations to the 2024 Recipients of the WEF Scholarships

The Williamsville Education Foundation is proud to announce the recipients for this year's scholarships to graduating seniors at each of the three high schools. 

Williamsville North:  Soha Shah and Sunya Afrasiabi 

  
This fall Sunya Afrasiabi will attend the University of Pennsylvania where     she will major in Biology with a minor in Journalism.

Soha Shah will attend the University of Buffalo in the fall where she will major in Biomedical Science with a minor in Psychology.

 

Williamsville East:  Ryan Hall and Farhin Namira

    Ryan Hall plans to attend Ohio State University, Fisher School of Business, this fall where he will major in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.
Farhin Namira will attend the University of California Irvine where she will major in Biological Science with a Pre-Med track.

 

Williamsville South:  Cyrus Clabeaux and Eliot Isenberg


Cyrus Clabeaux will attend Stony Brook University in the fall where he will major in Physics.
Eliot Isenberg will be attending Carnegie Mellon University where he will major in Mechanical Engineering.

 

 

 

 

 

Appication Requirements:

  • Current high school senior, graduating in June 2024

  • Plan to attend a post-secondary institution (2 or 4-year college/university, trade school, technical school, or specialized school)

  • Have worked to the best of their ability academically

  • Have participated in activities that benefitted their school

  • All else being equal, financial need may be considered

    Scholarship applications, along with a copy of an official high school transcript and report card, must be received by the students’ high school guidance office no later than March 12, 2024 to be considered. Candidates will also need to write an essay and provide two letters of recommendation.
